On November 15, at Ecopark – Hung Yen, the PVI Trade Union successfully organized the PVI Culture & Sports Festival 2025 under the theme “One Beat – One Dream”, marking an important event in the series of activities celebrating the 30th Anniversary of PVI (23/1/1996 – 23/1/2026).
The festival welcomed distinguished guests, PVI leaders, and nearly 1,300 employees from all units across the country.
Distinguished Guests in Attendance
The event was honored to welcome:
- Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL).
- Representatives of Petrovietnam, including Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan – Chairwoman of the Petrovietnam Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha – Standing Vice Chairman of the Petrovietnam Trade Union; Mr. Vu Anh Tuan – Vice Chairman; and Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet – Head of Internal Audit Division, Independent Board Member of PVI.
- From PVI: Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tu – Party Secretary, Vice Chairman of the BOD, and CEO of PVI; Mr. Duong Thanh Danh Francois – Standing Vice Chairman of the BOD; along with leaders and trade union representatives from PVI Holdings, PVI Insurance, Hanoi Re, PVI AM, and employees from 45 units in the PVI system nationwide.
From early morning, the Swan Lake Park at Ecopark transformed into a lively festival ground with creatively decorated camps, banners celebrating PVI’s 30-year journey, and vibrant teams of athletes and supporters arriving from all regions.
The festival featured a series of cultural and team-based competitions, including:
The “Shining PVI” Camp Decoration contest with 30 uniquely themed camps
Team-building and group games
Musical performances
A lively “Regional Culinary Space” with 23 food booths
These activities created a spirited, colorful atmosphere that showcased the unity and creativity of PVI employees.
Exciting Sports Competitions
Parallel to cultural activities, a wide range of sports competitions took place:
- “One PVI Race 2025” with nearly 800 runners participating in the 5km, 10km, and 15km categories
- National finals of football, pickleball, and physical challenge games
The cheers from spectators ignited the competitive spirit of athletes, making the event dynamic and full of energy.
Leadership Highlights the Spirit of 30 Years
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Duong Thanh Danh Francois, Standing Vice Chairman of PVI’s BOD, emphasized that the festival reflects PVI’s enduring spirit of “unity – creativity – aspiration to rise” throughout its 30-year development journey.
He noted:
“Today’s event brings joy, pride, and motivation to all generations of PVI employees. ‘One Beat – One Dream’ symbolizes the shared commitment of PVI people toward our collective goals as we move forward with the vision of building a professional, internationally oriented financial–insurance institution.”
Participating athletes delivered strong performances across all events.
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu – Vice President of VGCL – personally encouraged the runners, stating:
“This festival is not only for physical well-being but also an opportunity to express unity, perseverance, and aspiration. I encourage all athletes to compete with integrity and fair play.”
Many employees shared that the festival was a memorable opportunity to connect, recharge, and take pride in PVI’s 30-year journey.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha – Director of PVI Gia Dinh – said:
“It is truly meaningful to be part of such a large and energetic event where we connect, exchange, and celebrate PVI’s remarkable development.”
Closing Ceremony: A Message for the Future
In the closing remarks, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tu – CEO of PVI – praised the dedication of the Trade Union, the Organizing Committee, and all employees, affirming that the festival demonstrates PVI’s unity, aspiration, and internal strength.
He expressed his belief that the spirit of “One Beat – One Dream” will continue to inspire the entire system toward new milestones in the coming years.
