a. By virtue of this clause, the Parties, namely PVI Insurance Corporation (hereinafter “PVI Insurance”) and the Policyholder/Insured (hereinafter the “Customer”), agree that the Insurance Contract/Policy/Certificate of Insurance (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Insurance Contract”) shall be provided in the online environment through electronic transactions conducted via the portal/website, e-commerce sales platform, e-commerce service platform, or applications installed on internet-connected electronic devices operated by PVI Insurance and/or PVI Insurance’s partners or legally authorized representatives with PVI Insurance’s prior consent (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Transaction Application”), and that such Insurance Contract shall be legally binding upon the Parties.

b. PVI Insurance shall not be responsible or liable for any information or transactions arising from or related to the Transaction Application, except for information concerning PVI Insurance’s insurance products and the Insurance Contract entered into by the Customer with PVI Insurance through the Transaction Application.
