On November 13, 2025, at La Thanh Hotel, Hanoi, the 4th Congress of the Trade Union of PVI Insurance Corporation (2025–2030 Term) took place in an atmosphere filled with pride and enthusiasm. A total of 126 delegates, representing nearly 2,500 union members nationwide, gathered to review the achievements of the previous term and embark on a new phase full of aspirations and determination.
Distinguished guests attending the event included Mr. Dương Thanh Francois – Vice Chairman of PVI’s Board of Directors, Chairman of the Members’ Council of PVI Insurance Corporation; Mr. Phạm Anh Đức – Party Secretary and General Director; Mr. Đặng Tiến Dũng – Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of PVI Trade Union; along with members of the Members’ Council, the Executive Board, and leaders of affiliated units.
During the 2023–2025 term, the Trade Union of PVI Insurance made significant contributions to the company’s success, accompanying PVI on its journey beyond the domestic market to become a new symbol of the Asian insurance industry. At the same time, the Trade Union truly acted as a solid foundation for employees — maintaining strong communication with management, organizing welfare programs, promoting solidarity, and nurturing a corporate culture of compassion and unity.
Delivering his keynote speech, Chairman of the Members’ Council Mr. Dương Thanh Francois emphasized three strategic priorities for the new term:
1️⃣ Taking comprehensive care of employees — materially, mentally, and professionally.
2️⃣ Strengthening internal unity to transform collective strength into strategic momentum.
3️⃣ Building a corporate culture of “daring to think – daring to act – daring to take responsibility” to inspire pioneering spirit across all levels.
These directions are not only the mission of the Trade Union but also a call for all PVI staff to “turn solidarity into strength and aspiration into action.”
Looking toward the 2025–2030 term, PVI Insurance sets out a dual goal: sustainable growth and deeper international integration. The Trade Union will continue to protect employees’ rights while promoting the spirit of “PVI – Vietnam’s Pride on the Global Insurance Map.”
The Congress unanimously elected the 4th-term Executive Committee, consisting of 13 members — representing the intellect, innovation, and youthful spirit of PVI. Mr. Dương Thanh Tùng was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hoàng Anh as Vice Chairwoman, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Hương as Standing Committee Member, and Mr. Phan Trương Thái as Head of the Supervisory Committee.
