Recently, the Management Board of PVI Insurance Corporation officially presented reappointment decisions for two key management positions: Director of the Northern Customer Service Center and Head of the Organization & Human Resources Division.
At the Northern Customer Service Center, Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh was formally reappointed as Director. During his previous term, under his leadership, the Center continuously enhanced service quality, optimized customer request intake and processing procedures, and contributed significantly to strengthening PVI Insurance’s brand reputation in the Northern region—one of the company’s key strategic markets.

In addition, Mr. Tran Viet Hai was reappointed as Head of the Organization & Human Resources Division. Over the past term, Mr. Tran Viet Hai has effectively advised the Management Board on organizational restructuring, human resource development, and the establishment of a professional working environment—laying a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of the entire system.

At the reappointment ceremony, representatives of the Management Board acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of both executives during their previous terms, expressing confidence that they will continue to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, responsibility, and executive competence, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the company’s strategic objectives in the coming period.
