On the morning of April 1, at the Hoang Mai Ward People’s Committee Hall, the Participant Development Support Unit of PVI Trang An Insurance, in coordination with the ward’s Culture and Social Affairs Division, successfully organized a customer conference combined with communication on voluntary social insurance (VSI) and household health insurance (HHI) policies.
From the early months of 2026, communication and outreach activities on social security policies in Hoang Mai Ward have been implemented in a synchronized and proactive manner.
Identifying social security as a key priority from the outset of the year, the Hoang Mai Ward People’s Committee has provided close direction and created favorable conditions to ensure the conference was both effective and practical. A representative of the ward’s Culture and Social Affairs Division emphasized that ensuring every citizen has access to a pension and a health insurance card is not only an individual right but also a responsibility of local authorities in building a sustainable and inclusive social security system.
A highlight of this initiative is the flexible combination of centralized conferences and mobile communication activities. Immediately following the conference, the PVI Trang An delegation, together with grassroots social insurance officers, conducted on-site outreach and consultation at the Southern Wholesale Market area.
Here, small traders and informal workers were able to access information in a direct and easily understandable manner through one-on-one consultations at their stalls. The content focused on the practical benefits of voluntary social insurance, suitable contribution levels, and long-term pension entitlements. This approach not only improved accessibility to policies but also generated a positive ripple effect within the community.
This series of activities marks an important starting point for the 2026 communication plan on social and health insurance policies in the area. Early implementation from the beginning of the year reflects the proactiveness and strong commitment of PVI Trang An in fulfilling participant development targets set by the Hanoi Social Security Authority.
Within the framework of the conference, specialists provided in-depth analysis of the long-term benefits of participating in voluntary social insurance and household health insurance, while also updating participants on new regulations regarding contribution levels and state budget support policies. Notably, personalized consultations—including estimated pension calculations based on individual contribution capacity—helped residents better understand the value of early participation.
PVI Trang An continues to affirm its role as a trusted bridge, accompanying citizens from initial registration through periodic premium reminders, ensuring uninterrupted coverage and sustained benefits.
The close coordination between local authorities and the implementing unit from the very beginning of the year has delivered tangible results.
