With assigned targets for 2026 of nearly 34,700 participants in health insurance and over 2,300 participants in voluntary social insurance, PVI South Da Nang Branch is implementing a range of synchronized solutions to successfully fulfill its assigned plan.

A representative of PVI South Da Nang Branch stated that the unit is currently managing premium collection for 32,844 health insurance participants and 1,425 voluntary social insurance participants.
With assigned targets for 2026 of 34,668 health insurance participants and 2,358 voluntary social insurance participants, the branch is implementing a range of synchronized communication and outreach solutions to encourage public participation in social and health insurance. These include customer communication conferences, small-group sessions, and direct consultations, all aimed at fulfilling the assigned plan.
In addition, PVI South Da Nang Branch has been proactively coordinating with local authorities and social insurance agencies to organize multiple on-site communication events, bringing social and health insurance policies closer to the community.
For instance, on the evening of April 8, 2026, the branch collaborated with the Steering Committee for policy implementation of Ban Thach Ward and the local Social Insurance authority to hold a customer communication conference in Phuong Hoa Tay residential area, attended by 35 residents. Prior to that, a similar event was organized in Phu Trung residential area, Quang Phu Ward, attracting 38 participants.
At these events, representatives from the Social Insurance authority directly delivered key information on voluntary social insurance and household health insurance policies, including eligibility, contribution levels, payment methods, benefits, and registration procedures. Notably, the new provisions of the 2024 Social Insurance Law were also clearly introduced, helping residents better understand the long-term benefits of participation.
The dialogue sessions were particularly engaging, with many residents raising questions regarding contribution levels, benefit schemes, and health insurance coverage. All inquiries were thoroughly addressed, contributing to greater awareness and strengthening public trust in the State’s social security policies.

Through these two conferences, dozens of new participants have enrolled in voluntary social insurance and household health insurance, providing clear evidence of the effectiveness of direct, grassroots-level communication efforts.
Assessing the coordination in communicating social insurance and health insurance policies to the public, Ms. Duong Thi Kim Khanh, Deputy Director of the Ban Thach local Social Insurance authority, emphasized that these policies play a vital role in ensuring social security and improving the quality of life for citizens.
As an “extended arm” of the Social Insurance authority, PVI South Da Nang Branch has been effectively bringing policies closer to the people. The close coordination among the enterprise, the social insurance authority, and local government not only enhances public awareness and builds social consensus, but also encourages citizens to proactively participate in social and health insurance, contributing to the goal of sustainable social security in the locality.
