On November 21, 2025, at the Móng Cái Social Security Office (Móng Cái Ward 1), the Quảng Ninh Provincial Social Security Office organized a professional training conference for staff under the collection support organization of PVI Quảng Ninh Insurance. The program aimed to strengthen knowledge and standardize communication and outreach skills for encouraging local residents to participate in voluntary social insurance (VSI) and household health insurance (HI).

The program aimed to strengthen knowledge and standardize communication and outreach skills for encouraging local residents to participate in voluntary social insurance (VSI) and household health insurance (HI).
During the training session, participants were updated on key topics such as: new regulations under the amended Social Insurance Law and Health Insurance Law; procedural workflows for enrollment and management of participants; skills for counseling and explaining policies to citizens; and practical exercises on handling real-life situations during collection and participant management. The training was designed to be visual and closely aligned with actual needs, helping staff improve their professionalism and operational competence.
Immediately following the learning session, the Provincial Social Security Office conducted competency assessments and examinations. Assessment results would serve as the basis for granting collection staff cards, ensuring that individuals working in the collection operations meet the required standards of knowledge, skills, and professional ethics.
The Quảng Ninh Social Security Office acknowledged the proactive coordination of the collection support team from PVI Quảng Ninh Insurance in carrying out communication and outreach activities to encourage participation in social insurance and health insurance. The Social Security Office requested that the unit continue to maintain procedural discipline, enhance advisory quality, and contribute to expanding social security coverage across the province.
The conference took place in a serious and practical manner, reflecting the joint efforts of the Social Security Office and PVI Quảng Ninh Insurance in bringing social security policies closer to the people of Quảng Ninh.
