PVI Insurance Achieves Strong Results in Social Insurance Collection Activities in 2025

In 2025, PVI Insurance recorded positive outcomes in its social insurance (SI) premium collection services. These achievements not only help safeguard participants’ benefits but also make a practical contribution to the national goal of expanding social insurance coverage in line with the Party and Government’s direction.

Exceeding Targets and Expanding Social Insurance Coverage

Throughout 2025, PVI Insurance continued to strengthen the rollout of SI and health insurance (HI) collection services through its member units and nationwide agency network. Total collected premiums across the system reached VND 3,228 billion, exceeding the annual target of VND 3,180 billion and achieving over 101% of plan. This result reflects the operational effectiveness of the service model, as well as the growing confidence of organizations and individuals in accessing SI collection support channels implemented by an insurance enterprise.

In addition, cross-selling activities through the SI collection channel—under cooperation with the Farmers’ Association (HND)—also delivered encouraging results. Cross-selling revenue for the year reached VND 50 billion, equivalent to 106% of the target (VND 47 billion). This is a notable highlight of PVI Insurance’s 2025 SI collection performance, demonstrating the effectiveness of coordination between the insurer and grassroots socio-political organizations, helping bring social security policies closer to the public—especially in rural areas and among informal workers.

Alongside collection and premium targets, PVI Insurance also prioritized the development of its agency network via the SI collection channel. In 2025, the company developed 318 agencies against a target of 309, completing 103% of the assigned plan. Expanding this network not only increases service coverage but also enables individuals, household businesses, and small enterprises to access information, fulfill obligations, and fully enjoy social insurance benefits—as well as non-life insurance solutions—more conveniently.

These results were driven by the close direction of the Board of General Directors, the coordinated efforts of functional departments at Head Office, and the proactive, flexible solutions implemented by member units in rolling out new services and delivering them effectively at the grassroots level.

Supporting Social Security Policies

Beyond achieving performance targets, PVI Insurance’s work in developing SI and HI participants in 2025 clearly demonstrates the role of an insurance enterprise in supporting national social security policies. Throughout implementation, PVI Insurance consistently prioritized full compliance with legal regulations on participant development and SI/HI collection, ensuring citizens’ lawful rights and transparency in management.

Through coordination with social insurance agencies at all levels and relevant organizations, PVI Insurance contributes to diversifying collection channels, applying modern technology, reducing workload pressure on state management systems, and improving convenience for participants. These implementation models align with the national policy to expand SI coverage, toward a sustainable and inclusive social security system.

From a corporate perspective, deeper participation in the SI implementation chain is not only a demonstration of social responsibility, but also a practical effort to bring SI policies closer to citizens—particularly groups that still face limited access to public services.

A Sustainability-Linked Direction

Entering the next phase, PVI Insurance identifies SI collection services as a key pillar tied to the company’s sustainable development and retail strategy. Looking ahead, PVI Insurance expects its collection services to account for approximately 40–50% market share, in line with leadership direction and strategic priorities.

To achieve this goal, PVI Insurance will continue to enhance governance quality, standardize operational processes, develop a more professional agency network, and accelerate technology adoption and digital transformation in management, reconciliation, and participant support. Through these efforts, PVI Insurance reaffirms its commitment to partnering with state management agencies in implementing SI policies, protecting participants’ rights, and contributing to a resilient social security system in the new development era.
