Recently, PVI Hue Insurance, in coordination with the Agency Network and Partnership Management Division, successfully organized a conference to review collection activities in 2025 and to implement the collection and cross-selling plan for 2026.

The conference welcomed the participation of more than 150 collection staff, reflecting both the scale of the event and the unit’s strong commitment to enhancing workforce quality, aiming toward sustainable development in premium collection and cross-selling activities.

At the event, PVI Hue conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation of its 2025 performance, while also honoring and rewarding outstanding collection staff for their achievements in premium collection and cross-selling initiatives. This recognition not only acknowledged individual contributions but also helped foster a spirit of healthy competition and improve overall system performance.

In addition to the review session, the conference focused on rolling out the 2026 plan with clearly defined targets. Training programs were designed with a practical approach, enabling collection staff to strengthen their understanding of non-life insurance products while enhancing their advisory, sales, and customer service skills.
