On the morning of March 25, 2026, PVI East Saigon worked in coordination with the Tan Uyen Social Insurance Office and the People’s Committee of Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, to organize a conference reviewing the Steering Committee’s implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in the area, while also setting out key directions and tasks for 2026.
The conference was attended by leaders of the Tan Khanh Ward People’s Committee; representatives from the Division of Urban Economy and Infrastructure, the Division of Culture, and the Ward Police; heads of residential quarters; as well as leaders of the Tan Uyen Social Insurance Office and representatives of PVI East Saigon.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Vice Chairman of the Tan Khanh Ward People’s Committee and Head of the Steering Committee, outlined the implementation priorities for 2026. Under the plan, all residential quarters are required to prepare personnel lists, with each quarter assigning at least two individuals to participate in collector training and sign cooperation agreements with PVI Insurance.

In parallel, the Division of Urban Economy and Infrastructure and the Division of Culture were tasked with working alongside the Tan Uyen Social Insurance Office to review nearly 2,000 enterprises and small household businesses in the area, with the aim of strengthening communication efforts and encouraging local residents to participate in social and health insurance programs.
During 2026, the local authorities will also conduct inter-agency inspections of businesses operating in the ward, focusing on compliance with social insurance regulations and fire prevention and firefighting requirements. At the conference, participating units also proposed coordination in providing suitable insurance products linked to each inspection theme.
The conference reached consensus on the key implementation priorities for 2026, creating a foundation for coordinated action among the relevant parties and contributing to improved effectiveness in implementing social and health insurance policies in the area.
PVI East Saigon’s participation alongside the social insurance authority and local government in these activities highlights the increasingly visible role of insurance enterprises in supporting the implementation of social security policies at the grassroots level. Through this collaboration, PVI Insurance is not only involved in the organization and execution process, but also contributes to expanding outreach networks, enhancing communication effectiveness, and encouraging broader public participation in social and health insurance programs.
