As Vietnam Social Security continues to accelerate efforts to expand insurance coverage, mobilizing the participation of businesses in policy implementation has proven increasingly effective. A notable example is the PVI Insurance system, which recorded impressive results in the first months of 2026.

Acting as an organization that supports the development of participants in voluntary social insurance and health insurance, the PVI Insurance system — PVI Insurance Corporation — recorded total collection fees for voluntary social and health insurance exceeding VND 1.3 trillion by the end of April 2026. This figure not only reflects the scale of implementation but also demonstrates the growing ability to reach people and organize policy execution through an expanding corporate network, helping bring voluntary social and health insurance closer to citizens across various regions and localities.
In recognition of these achievements, Vietnam Social Security presented Certificates of Merit to several outstanding collectives and individuals within the PVI Insurance system. The awards acknowledged their contributions to policy implementation coordination, particularly in collection services and participant development.
Among those honored was Mr. Pham Anh Duc, Chief Executive Officer of PVI Insurance Corporation, for his consistent leadership and direction in promoting close coordination between the enterprise and social security authorities, while also guiding the enhancement of collection activities in association with technology application.
Also recognized was Mr. Huynh Minh Trang, Director of PVI Khanh Hoa Insurance, a representative of PVI’s member units, for implementing comprehensive solutions to develop participants, contributing to the unit’s emergence as one of the standout performers in effective policy execution.
At the professional level, the Partnership and Agency Management Department was highly regarded for its advisory role to the Executive Board, as well as for guiding and accompanying units across the system. The department has actively coordinated with relevant focal points, helping refine processes, support operational implementation, and improve the quality and effectiveness of voluntary social and health insurance collection activities.
Across PVI Insurance’s member units, several implementation models have delivered clear results by closely aligning with local realities. PVI Trang An Insurance stood out as PVI Insurance’s representative in voluntary social and health insurance collection activities in Hanoi. PVI Bac Trung Bo Insurance made its mark through a systematic approach, strong local engagement, and effective coordination with local authorities and organizations. Meanwhile, PVI Khanh Hoa Insurance was among the exemplary units that surpassed its assigned targets, demonstrating proactivity and determination in policy implementation.
The recognition granted by Vietnam Social Security to PVI Insurance’s collectives and individuals reflects the company’s sustained efforts in coordinating policy implementation. From this practice, it is clear that the role of businesses in supporting the expansion of voluntary social and health insurance coverage is being progressively strengthened, helping bring social security policies closer to the people.
