The entire process is 100% online, completely paperless, and hassle-free. Buying, managing, and claiming insurance has never been easier.
Customers can shop for electronic devices on Tiki with peace of mind by simply adding a “screen protection shield” during checkout, starting from just 8,000 VND/month. The coverage is flexible, offering protection from 1 million to 3 million VND to cover repair or screen replacement costs in case of accidents.
Unlike traditional insurance processes, this digital phone screen insurance uses AI-based condition assessment technology and offers a fully online, paperless claim and management system. Users can manage their policies or file claims directly through the Tiki app under the Tiki360 section.
Here’s how to file a claim if your phone screen gets damaged:
+ Step 1: Open the Tiki app, go to “Personal,” then select “Tiki360 Digital Insurance Universe”
+ Step 2: Select “Claims” and create a claim request under your active policy
+ Step 3: Bring your phone to the nearest Repair Center as guided by Digiin’s claims processing unit
You will be notified of your claim status and receive instructions for bringing or sending the device to the Repair Center.
+ Step 4: Your claim is complete!
Users can also check their insurance policy information and track claim progress online via Tiki360.
Starting from August 22, 2022, Tiki users can opt into this Phone Screen Damage Insurance during the checkout step when purchasing phones and related services (under the categories of Phone & Tablet Accessories / Mobile Top-Up / Phone Card Purchases) on Tiki’s e-commerce platform.
