With our mission to provide the highest quality insurance services, PVI Insurance has spent the past five years continuously improving our products, services, and brand reputation—while maintaining one of the most competitive premium rates in the market. As of the end of March 2024, we have successfully processed 10,457 claims with total payouts reaching 24.8 billion VND.

Throughout this journey, we’ve invested significantly in expanding our infrastructure and network to offer comprehensive insurance coverage across the country. However, with rising healthcare service costs due to updated government regulations and increasing demand from customers, we’re making a few necessary adjustments to ensure the long-term stability and sustainability of the Ngũ Phúc Ưu Việt program. Effective from April 19, 2024, the following updates will apply:

• Adjustment to insurance premiums for insured individuals aged 1 to 9 years;
• Children aged 1 to 9 must now enroll in the Titan package or higher;
• Hospital fee guarantee services will only apply to insured individuals aged 10 and above;
• Premiums and policies for all other age groups remain unchanged.
