1.Insured Property
Vehicles and machinery used for construction and transportation activities, operating exclusively within construction sites, mining sites, and seaports — including cranes, hoist elevators, road rollers, excavators, loaders, and similar equipment.
2.Scope of Coverage
PVI Insurance will compensate for sudden and unforeseen physical damage to insured machinery occurring at the insured location, caused by internal mechanical or electrical failures, including but not limited to:
- Casting defects and material flaws
- Design flaws, faulty workshop practices, or installation errors
- Human errors such as poor workmanship, lack of skill or care, boiler dry-out
- Physical explosion, centrifugal force rupture
- …and other risks not specifically excluded under the insurance terms and conditions.

4.Loss Notification Procedure

- Immediately notify PVI Insurance
