On March 25, PVI Insurance and Vietnam Post officially launched a new agency business model for Engineering Property Insurance, marking a significant step forward in their strategic cooperation. The Kick-Off Conference was held at Vietnam Post’s headquarters in Hanoi and connected to 38 online locations nationwide.
Attending the event were Mr. Chu Quang Hao, CEO of Vietnam Post, and Ms. Chu Thị Lan Huong, Deputy CEO. From PVI Insurance, CEO Mr. Pham Anh Duc and Deputy CEO Mr. Pham Thanh Vinh participated, alongside leaders and staff from both sides.
During the conference, the two parties shared an overview of their respective strengths and capabilities, emphasizing the strategic potential of this collaborative model.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Chu Quang Hao praised PVI Insurance’s strong financial foundation, industry-leading expertise, and particularly its experience in Engineering Property Insurance. He expressed confidence that Vietnam Post’s extensive nationwide network and diverse customer base would create favorable conditions for the success of the model.
“I hope PVI Insurance will provide full support in terms of manpower and resources, especially in training and business deployment. I also urge all 38 member units to proactively identify and approach potential customers to leverage this collaboration. After one month, we will conduct an evaluation to ensure operational efficiency,” said Mr. Chu Quang Hao.
From PVI Insurance’s side, Mr. Pham Anh Duc reaffirmed that Vietnam Post is one of the company’s most important and long-term strategic partners.

To facilitate the rollout of this new model, PVI Insurance has established PVI Insurance Link—a dedicated unit responsible for implementing the partnership with Vietnam Post. This unit will ensure sufficient staffing and resources, while also designing optimal policies and mechanisms to help both parties fully tap into market potential.

“We see tremendous potential in combining PVI Insurance’s expertise in Engineering Property Insurance with the nationwide distribution reach of Vietnam Post. This partnership not only aims to expand market share for both sides, but also to deliver meaningful value to customers and drive sustainable growth for our businesses,” Mr. Pham Anh Duc shared.
The Kick-Off Conference marked an important starting point, laying the foundation for a sustainable, long-term collaboration between Vietnam Post and PVI Insurance. With strong commitment from both organizations, this agency model is expected to yield positive outcomes, enhancing business performance and contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s insurance market in the near future.
