ONLINE HEALTHCARE CLAIM SUBMISSION AND SETTLEMENT – NO MORE TRAVEL WORRIES

To provide customers with high-quality and convenient services when submitting insurance claim documents in the event of an incident, PVI Insurance has developed an online claim submission method. This allows customers to submit claim documents anytime, anywhere, without being restricted by time or location, without needing to send traditional paper documents, saving delivery costs and ensuring complete confidentiality. Most importantly, customers can track their claim processing progress simply by downloading the myPVI app from the App Store/Google Play or visiting the website: bhcn.pvi.com.vn.

Through this online claim submission method, PVI Insurance can support customers in processing claims without requiring physical document comparison. Electronic records can be stored permanently, and PVI can quickly assist customers in retrieving medical documents when necessary.

Once the online claim submission is successfully completed, customers do not need to send hard copies to PVI Insurance. If needed, PVI will send a request for additional documentation.
